The Fast Way to Build Your 10k Program
As you have noticed, I’m all about momentum. Nothing happens until you take action- and more happens when you take big actions, and do them quickly.
I’m going to challenge you here by asking you to build your 10k program today. Yes, today. Not next week, not in six months. Today.
And here’s how you’ll do it:
Imagine an ideal client calls you today and offers you a $10,000 check.
The only thing is that you need to give them a proposal for your program by 10pm tonight.
What do you do?
Would you truly let the opportunity (and the money) just slip away because you couldn’t decide what you were going to offer?
Or would you pull something together, put it into a proposal, and send it off?
I sincerely hope it is the latter, and not the former.
Yet I also know that many of you build your businesses like you have all the time in the world, and you may say “But Glenn, I don’t have anyone waiting for my program.” And to that, I’d ask you, “How do you know?”
What if you had a line of clients just waiting outside your door, each wanting to write you checks of $10,000, $15,000 or more?
See what I mean? The necessity to create something drives us to create it.
So what I want you to do is act like people are waiting for your $10,000 program- they have their checks ready and will sign up right away.
To build your program, use the various tools and processes I’ve taught you, including the ideation process, the unconscious credibility process, and the educational sales process.
Think about what kind of value and results you can offer which would be worth a $10,000 investment. Shape your program around these ideas.
Write up a proposal for a pretend client, tonight, by 10pm.
Then take this proposal out into the marketplace, and get real feedback and refine.
