Expanding Your Business Team

As your business grows, you will, at some point, naturally start to think of adding to your business team. As you know, I suggest that you first invest in bringing on people who can help you with sales and marketing, as these are often the areas which suffer as the business grows. It’s easy to get focused on serving the clients you have, and not doing enough to bring more clients on board.

Intellectual Property Business Coaching: Intellectual Property is not just for the big companies anymore

In the Recommendation Age, Intellectual Property is NOT just for big companies or software companies.

The power of this age is that the old rules of how to value companies have not kept up with the realities of a world gone digital.

This is good news for each of us ordinary people who want to take our ideas to the market place and exchange our value for top dollar.

In fact, I have created a system to help entrepreneurs take their ideas and transform them into IP in a way that will prevent anyone from ever competing with you and at the same time have your ideal clients choose you for life.

The Two Levels of Business Credibility

Credibility is one of the most important elements you must build as an entrepreneur. Without credibility, people won’t feel comfortable moving forward with you and investing in your high level programs and services.

Having studied credibility for some time, I have understood that there are two levels of business credibility, and I focus on leveraging both of these in my business today. I also encourage my clients to do the same.
