Knowledge is Never the Problem

When I coach entrepreneurs on growing their businesses, one of the areas we discuss is that of knowledge. Certainly, knowledge is an important element of business success.

But even more important than knowledge is execution- or taking action.

One of the biggest problems most business owners have today is that they keep learning and learning, but never apply what they learn fast enough or efficiently enough. This means that all their knowledge doesn’t really do them any good in terms of profitability.
