One of the best ways to fast create a program is through the use of diagrams. Diagrams are, simply, visual graphics which serve to clarify complex ideas or relationships.

As I often tell my inner circle business coaching clients, when you can diagram your process, you can sell it.

What does this mean?

It means that you can’t sell without clarity about what you do, and how you do it, and how your system or methodology is better than the competition’s.

When it comes to ensuring you have an unfair advantage in today’s overcrowded market place, you must know how to strategically position your front end products. Use this simple system to ensure you know how to out-educate your competitors.

As an entrepreneur, one of the most important elements for creating rapid cash flow in your business is to turn what you do into the urgency of now. This means that you must educate your target market effectively, with urgency, to move them to take action now.

When you’ve gained their attention, it’s time to make the sale. When a client says, “Let me think about it.” or “I’ll call you.” or “Sounds really good, but I’m not ready for this yet.” this means that you have convinced them of the value you provide- but you haven’t moved them to take action now.

I was speaking with one of our newest members in our high level executive mentoring program just the other day. This conversation was interesting, because this client is very successful in the offline world, but was having concerns about bringing her business online.

She was concerned that she would need to give up what was working offline in order to concentrate fully online.
