Here is a 5 step process for creating quality educational experiences for your ideal clients:
- Do what your competitors are not doing. This means you must analyze your competition and offer more value than they are.
- Give more than they expect. Go the extra mile and give your clients even more value than they can imagine. You can do this in high touch, cost effective ways.
- Drive self reflection- make them think about themselves, their goals, their problems. An assessment instrument (quiz or survey) might help with this part.
- Showcase your unique solutions and differentiation. Help your clients understand why they should choose you.
- Create your own category, so there can be no comparisons.
So, if you are ready to implement this strategy in your own business, your first step is to analyze your competitors. How can you provide more value or better value than they are? In what ways can you attract and retain your clients, by increasing value?
How can you make your clients think about themselves and their problems more deeply? How can you highlight areas of gaps or weakness which your business can solve?
What makes your business unique? How are you uniquely able to help your most ideal clients?
Where can you create a stand-alone category (supreme market differentiation) so there is no one to choose but you?
