Business Coaching Training—Live From The Encore Hotel in Vegas!

If you hate selling as much as I do, then this business coaching training blog post is for you.
Create More Value, Make More Money
I just arrived home from a private invitation-only networking event in Las Vegas where I had the opportunity to share the stage with Tony Robbins and a host of other incredible speakers. (In case you’re not sure, Tony is the bigger guy and I’m the better looking one!)
On this week’s blog post I have a special business coaching training video that you can watch at the end of this post. I created it from atop the Strip from my room at the Encore Hotel. It’s quite a view as you will see and I even show you my room which was located on the next-to-the top floor (I happen to have a slight fear of heights. It was a lot worst before my good friend Dave Lakhani did some kind of hocus-pocus stuff on me—better known as NLP!)
(Incidentally I did my best in making the bed before I shot the video.)
But before you watch the quick 2 minute video from my room at the Encore Hotel, here are a few concepts I want to share with you.
I had people clammering for my attention all week while in Vegas (people that would make my wife proud by the way!) and I say this to bring out an important point. Each of these people wanted me to mentor them. I did not have to sell them anything–they came running to me!
What you might not know is that I hate selling as much as you do. However, I have discovered and created a system for people like me who hate to sell. And this system involves creating a strategic design model and I highly recommend that each of you create one to properly position your business niche backend.
In fact I had Les Brown, one of the biggest names in the speaking business, wanting to hire me on the spot. Actually, Les came up to me and said,
“Glenn, I want to hire you no matter what the cost.” Why did Les do this? Because Les saw me speak and witnessed the power of quickly positioning your business niche backend–strategically.
(Incidentally, I took him through the same consultative process that I take anyone through and that I recommend to all my clients.)
I am including a URL to download our company’s strategic design model. You can download it right now, but I make this special request: please do not pass it around.
NOTE: This process will allow you to NEVER have to sell again. I will be doing a special webinar shortly on the critical concepts that must go into your own design model.
To Creating and Selling The Most Expensive Programs In Your Niche!

(I’ll even show you around my room—I did make an attempt at making my bed first before I shot this for you! My mom would be so proud!)

Hi Glenn,
I had the good fortune to get to listen to an interview that Alex Jeffreys did with you recently. In fact, I’m listening to the recording again because I didn’t get my “homework” done.
What I got:
1. Failure to execute . .. not taking action is probably the #1 down fall of most entrepreneurs
2. Our most valuable asset is our emotional state
3. Self-discipline will take us to heights we can’t even imagine.
Thank you for the inspiring post,
Theresa

Thanks Glenn – Who You ARE Makes a Difference!

That will be a detention for you. (Sorry, you know I used to be an educator and Vice Principal!)
Repetition is crucial; reinforcement of new beliefs by taking strategic action is the fuel of proper implementation.
Great job, Theresa!

Glenn,
Awesome post. The emotional committment you showed at a recent Orlando event is why I took you up on your offer.
Looks like the world steps aside for a man with a dream which is founded on helping others succeed first.
Love you man… Don’t stop.
You are a rare example with which to follow.

Glenn, congratulations on your experience in Las Vegas with a very credible group of people. My first experience with your presentations was JV Alert. I know your keeping company with Tony, Les and all who were there is well deserved.
Thank you for this video. There is no question about the principles you summarize here. I think the easiest thing to say and maybe the most challenging thing for us to do is manage our emotional state. Managing our emotional state and a powerful mastermind are foundation opportunities for all.
As you say the key is wanting to and establishing the discipline to do it.
I applaud you for the messages and guidance you deliver.
Sending you energy of peace, happiness, prosperity

Great stuff Glenn, very inspirational and achieving that goal must have been some buzz

Hi Steve:
Yes, you are certainly correct in the most difficult aspect of really going for it is to control our emotional state. I just had this discussion with my youngest son, Cameron, who I am on a father-son weekend away for a basketball tournament. I talked with him about how focusing on what you really want in life during the times when few others are putting in the extra practice and training is the answer to disciplining oneself to continuing to excel. In my experience most people focus on the pain of the moment and decide success is too hard.
Steve…again, thank you for taking the time to respond. I am honored!
