Business Coaching Training: 5 Principles You Can Learn From ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ Susan Boyle
Perhaps you have seen this. Perhaps you haven’t.
Whether you have or haven’t I would like you to take a few minutes out of you busy day and give yourself some ‘me’ time.
(Remember: If you do NOT, then know one else is going to.)
Everyday I speak with people who have a dream, but are too scared to get out of their comfort zone.
The Comfort Zone is where ‘Nothing Happens’.
Create More Value, Make More Money
Nothing great ever happens in the Comfort Zone.
And yet, so many people I meet today are stuck in their own comfort zone.
Susan Boyle is one such person who refused to be stuck there.
In fact here is what you can learn from Susan’s amazing performance in ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ T.V. show.
(Before you watch the video, I want you to ask yourself the following questions. I would also like you to write them down so they burn into your subconscious.)
5 Simple Questions To Ask Yourself Right Now…
Question #1. Are you judging yourself incorrectly just like the judges did before Susan began singing?
Notice how the judges behaved toward her. Notice how the audience was very negative toward her. Did you some of the derogatory sounds?
Question #2. Do you feel like no one has ever given you a chance?
That was Susan’s response to Simon Cowell when asked why she had never sung before, especially given the fact that she is 47 years old.
Here is what Susan stated: “No one ever gave me a chance before.”
Question #3. Is there a small voice inside of you that says “I am going to rock the audience”.
(This is what Susan said before she walked out on stage. As you watch the video, note how she stated this.)
Question #4. Is what you do today tied into your passion and are you building your dream right now solely tied into what you were created to do?
After Susan’s performance watch as she was trembling with the full realization that she was living in the moment connected with her passion of singing.
This is how each of us are meant to live our days on this earth.
Question #5. Finally, are you ready to do whatever it takes to make your dream happen?
Susan certainly did! In getting up in front of millions of people only to be scoffed at and ridiculed at first, she demonstrated what each of us needs today: unyielding focus.
Despite the way she was treated—despite what the experts thought!!!—Susan then gave what many are calling the ‘performance of a lifetime.’
Yesterday I shared a video trailer of some of the thousands of clients who have used our executive mentoring system to live their dreams.
KEY QUESTION: Isn’t it time for you to get out of your comfort zone and take your passion to those who want what you have?
Isn’t it time to build raving fans like Susan did doing what you love?
Give yourself permission to watch this video for the first time or for a second time. As you watch Susan Boyle’s performance, I want you to ask yourself these five questions again.
And after watching this video, please don’t hesitate to phone our International Office in Canada at 519.542.3043 if you are ready to turn your passion into the same kind of performance that Susan Boyle did and thousands of our clients have.

Glenn, Fabulous post! We all have a chance to create our future it is just a matter of allowing ourselves to step out of our comfort zone and give ourselves permission to take the chance – we don’t need anyone else to give that chance to us.
We should all try and imagine what this would feel like with our own dreams – “After Susan’s performance watch as she was trembling with the full realization that she was living in the moment connected with her passion of singing. This is how each of us are meant to live our days on this earth.” – and what would it be like to live all our days connected to our passion!

I think everyone is missing the point that she worked for many years to be prepared for the moment when the opportunity would reveal itself. She didn’t just stand up there and sing something off the top of her head.
Get good. The opportuntiy will come.

Agree with your perspective…work hard and prepare, see the opportunity, capture it!
Get ready to tell your story.

Thanks Glen, for taking the time to post this message.
I agree with Carole…..it can take years of preparation for us to be ready when the opportunity presents itself. I for one, being over 50 am still “working” on my Dream….and Susan’s story gives me much hope…..

Susan Boyle and others (let’s not forget Flawless) have been doing what they do for many years…but they ‘never got the chance’ to go public and on a very popular TV show.
I agree that in order to succeed you must have talent, grit and determination but you must also be prepared to grab whatever chance is offered you to go public.
What exactly does this mean for the Internet Marketer? Where do we go to put our talent on show and make it stand out from the crowd, for free in front of a massive audience?

Hi Joe:
We all need a chance. The problem is we all need mentors to help us get where we want to go and yet who are we going to trust?
With so much hype on the Internet and ‘quick rich schemes’ on the Internet this is the reason we make sure our clients are successful and demonstrate this video case studies.
Susan Boyle had mentors and has worked hard for years to create the successful moment that we have witnessed!

Ila…
Use the inspiration of Susan Boyle and make a decision to really go for it.
Remember, success is born at the quietest moments of your life when no one knows who you are.
Don’t forget to watch the special video trailer inside of http://SellHighPricedPrograms.com. I haven’t decided yet if I should put it on the homepage. I think it is a nice surprise and a great way for every speaker, coach, author and entrepreneur to begin Component 1 of our Mentoring Alliance.
