Business Coaching Training: Why You Don’t Get What You Want
Today’s blog post is short, but powerful.
So powerful that it allowed Canada to defeat the U.S. yesterday with a shock wave felt around the basketball world! (Okay, maybe that is a slight exaggeration but I am a proud dad!)
In case you missed it, my 12 year old son Calum walked away with the most medals at a leading basketball camp in the U.S.

He was effectionately referred to as ‘the Canadian’, incidentally. Calum walked away with four of the five possible medals for his age group including first in the one-on-one competition, foul shooting, footwork and his team won the week long competition.
Calum deserves everything he got because he understands the power of the quote below. In fact, because of my son’s success in sports I am being asked more and more by parents to hire me in helping them achieve ‘the impossible.’
I want to share with you a speed to market principle that is actually one of only two quotes in over 250 that we use with our clients.
Here it is. I want you to write this down. Remember, ‘Writing is the doing part of thinking.’ (Another ‘Speed To Market’ principle).
“If you don’t get what you want, it’s a sign that either you did not seriously want it or that you tried to bargain over the price.”
–Joseph Rudyard Kipling
Today I want to challenge you to re-purpose this quote in how you view yourself and the value that you bring to a target market that is desperate for what you do.
Calum like the thousands of clients I have mentored understand the value they bring to the market place because they have paid the price.
I am getting ready to reveal a new program to my clients on how to create and position a high level coaching program without requiring a lot of your time.
I have created a system on how to re-purpose yourself to do this and I am busy registering this system. I am also allowing you to be on the first call I do with my clients. All you need to do is to watch this short video by Alex Mandossian and jump onto the URL below.
(Alex and I do a lot of work together and this includes me being a faculty member on his VBT program.)
If you are interessteed in developing a high level mentoring program which does not require a lot of time, and if you are interested in understanding further the concept of ‘re-purposing’ then complete these three action steps in the next 1 minute:
1. Jump onto the following video and/or link below.
2. Register for Alex’s Preview Call right now.
3. Email me directly so I can include you in the start of this program.
NOTE: No one is teaching this today and it is the reason many of the biggest names on the Internet hire our company to create and fulfill their business backend.

Terrific Kipling quote. Repurposing can add value for the customer, by giving them what they want in the format that they want it in. Always find out what formats they want before you go wild repurposing your IP, though. Otherwise, you get a lot of work and expense without the profits. My 2 cents.
