6. Most entrepreneurs do not have a proper understanding of sales and marketing:
Marketing in the Recommendation Age = An Assessment.
Sales in the Recommendation Age = A Consultation Toward a Specific Recommendation.
7. Most entrepreneurs do not invest in themselves and their start up businesses properly– and this includes the most important investment: business coaching and mentoring.

Hi Glenn,
Thanks for the Christmas Gift. Loved the overview of the process. It reminded me to ? update my Headline on my Flow chart and ? add my name to the bottom. (silly me!) My Assessments were designed as Yes and No answers, so that piece will help me to go back and re-design those topics on a 1 to 4 scale. I’m anxious to learn more about qualifying folks. That would probably be helpful at the church level as I try to apply that level to any church.
