Everybody has to have a ‘why’ to survive in business today.
In fact, the stronger your ‘why’ the stronger your resolve and commitment to your future.

When I began my business my ‘why’ was simply in having the ability to travel when we want and where we want to go as a family.
One of the gifts my business has brought my family is that today I can provide my family the opportunity to experience the world–and meet many of my clients as well on my journeys!
Another reason for our desire to travel is that Fiona and I also wanted to provide experiences that would allow our kids to dream BIG.
Most people who I meet who say they want to build a successful company are really only ‘interested’ in such a lifestyle and NOT really ‘committed’ to one.
On the 30 second video below, I shot this to encourage you to DREAM BIG. Make a decision today to go for it. It all begins by ‘getting close to the source of momentum’.
It’s said to say that most people spend more time preparing for a vacation than they do preparing for their own success!
One of the big differences between those who are interested in business success and those who are fully committed to success is an examination of how close they decide to get to ‘sources of momentum’ that will propel them forward.
What do I mean by being close to sources of momentum?
Let me ask you a few business coaching training questions for your own self reflection:
1. Do you think success comes in a book/CD/DVD/eBook, or do you think success comes by hiring a coach?
2. Do you think success comes by being on numerous email lists or do you have a well thought out process to discriminate who you really should be following?
3. Do you believe that the investment you make in yourself has a direct correlation on your business success?
4. Do you believe that you want more information or do you want specific recommendations? (NOTE: This question has huge ramifications as someone marketing advice online!)
5. Do you believe that your struggles in business are not necessarily in NOT knowing what to do, but in when you should be doing what?
6. Do you believe that if you have had a different model that allowed you to focus and execute at an accelerated rate you would definitely be more successful that you are today?
Put an end to over-thinking. Begin by designing what your dream business will allow you to do. You need a business that allows you to leverage your ROIT!
