One of my top speed to market principles is that you need to rapidly implement new marketing ideas and quickly get market feedback.

How rapidly are you executing?

My guess is that you could be doing more, and executing faster.

How do I know this? I have hundreds of clients who have invested top dollar with me for business coaching. I meet with them each week and give them exact, specific strategies (including what, where, and how), of what they need to do next.

And some of them do take action (you’ve seen these clients as case studies for my business coaching), but the vast majority of them don’t really do a lot with the specific, actionable and step by step information I give them. And I know that if these people (who are investing top dollar) aren’t fully utilizing the knowledge and skills I share with them, those of you reading this are likely not either.

So here’s the challenge:

Many of you write and ask for step by step guidance to build your businesses. Yet, for the most part, many of you gather information, but end up filing it away, to use someday.

Knowledge does not create results. Action does.

So when I ask you, “how rapidly are you executing?”- this is a valid and serious question. Your rate of execution is directly tied to how quickly your business grows and how fast you are able to create cash flow and success in your business.

If you aren’t doing everything you can, that’s the first place to start.

But if you’ve exhausted all your knowledge, and don’t know what to do next, that’s the best time to hire a business mentor. But just hiring a business mentor isn’t enough. You must learn from them and execute.

Without regular implementation, nothing happens.
