How To Grow Your Business 6X Faster Right Now! [Super-Rich Coach Episode 7]
This is Episode 7 of a short series (The Super-Rich Coach) on the most important business skill that you need today to survive. As someone who has sold millions of dollars in coaching over the past 7 plus years, I can categorically tell you that unless you understand these principles, you simply will fail to remain relevant.
Speed is the ultimate strategy.
I just shared some of our newest systems to our clients about how to accelerate their business.
Today’s fastest growing offline companies (that may or may not want to go public) understand one of our speed to market concepts…’linear growth is not fast enough anymore’.
Understanding the power of your multiple is one of the most powerful ways to understand that linear growth is not fast enough as I covered in Episode 6 of the Super-Rich Coach. You must have ways to create accelerated growth and grow your multiple.
Traditional based companies (those dependent on manufacturing a widget) have processes to accelerate their hiring practices, raising capital, creating their prototypes etc.
Here’s another way to focus your thinking: Understand that ‘Speed is the new strategy’.
Before you watch the Super-Rich Coach Episode 7 below, make sure you note the following:
The biggest problem that entrepreneurs have is that they over-think.
Because they–and you and me!–over-think they can NEVER really focus.
My definition of focus is the ability to strategize.
And what’s the best definition of ‘strategy’ that I know?
Strategy is speed.
So the equation to help you over-come ‘over-thinking’ is the following…
Focus = Strategy
Strategy = Speed.
Therefore Focus = Strategy = Speed.
Therefore Focus is Speed.
This is why reading books, listening to CDs, watching DVDs are your enemy to success.
They prevent you from leveraging ‘Speed’.
In other words they prevent you from execution.
The best definition that I know of as it relates to execution is as follows:
‘Knowing what to do, when to do it, and what you need to be doing right now to begin a powerful chain reaction.’
