As an entrepreneur, you must be focused on creating as much profitability as you can. I term this process “optimizing your business profit”. When you are looking to increase your business’ profitability, you must be able to track how often your ideal clients are making the choices- and taking the actions- that you want them to take.

While it is difficult to measure a decision, it is possible to measure behavior. This means that you will start to keep track of how often your clients actually take action on your recommendations.

Ultimately, if you follow the guidelines I’ve been discussing here in the blog, and through my products and services, you will understand that creating your own system and product/service funnel will allow you to optimize your business profit.

Not just from the perspective of creating high priced programs, but, also, because you will be able to track and monitor how many of your clients move from one level of your service offerings to the next. When you understand your business’ unique rate of conversion and repeat sales, you will understand how much influence you have with your target market.

If your target audience is not moving into more active engagement with your business, despite your recommendation, you know that your positioning needs some work. Clients need to be educated to better understand the exact and unique benefits of choosing your company over your competitors.

Ultimately, optimizing your business profit relies on being able to serve your clients over and over, as it costs much less to continue with a repeat customer than it does to begin a relationship with a new one. When costs go down, and profits go up, you will be making more money for the same (or less) effort.
