One of the root problems for people not moving out of their fear (like my Everest Mountaineering friends) is that you are not consciously aware of why you really want something.

Here’s how I find what I am really after.

Let me provide you an example using the “Why Solution Chain”.

The ‘Why Solution Chain’ is a series of ‘why’ questions to help you analyze your desires and examining the root cause of what you want really want.

Business Coaching Training Example: The ‘Why Solution Chain’ looks like this…

Why do I want to create a new billion dollar industry in business coaching? Because I want people to feel the power of freedom like I have had in leaving my job as a Vice Principal.

Why do I want people to feel this same power of freedom? So they have the confidence of trusting in someone who knows how to help them escape from their entrapment, and not in a system that holds them back.

Why do I want them to feel confident in someone else? Because as social beings we can only move forward on our dreams in the context of working with others who we trust, and in using a system that really allows for true freedom.

Why do I want others to trust me with their freedom? Because I want their success—it’s why I became a teacher in the first place, and why I work hard each day implementing with them the same systems that I created to help me escape from my entrapment: my job.

One of the most important words that reflects a good teacher is found in the word, ‘vicarious’.

The quick definition of ‘vicarious’ is ‘taking the place of another’.

One of the reasons why I live for testimonials from my clients—not because it is my final ‘why’ in the ‘Why Solution Chain’—but it also provides me the positioning power to prove to you that I have an accelerated business coaching system to help you where you are right now.

My client’s successes allow you to begin to live vicariously through them as you ready yourself for success.
