Business Coaching Training- Sell High Priced Programs
This is a personal message to you delivered while I am in the middle of a snow storm getting ready to head to Orlando for a speaking engagement on Friday.
This is the official launch of the SellHighPricedPrograms.com blog to help people just like you–authors, speakers, coaches or entrepreneurs–with strategic business coaching training.
SellHighPricedPrograms.com blog is committed to helping you apply a proprietary system to turn your passion and expertise into the highest priced coaching and training in your industry.

Here is the number one business coaching training problem that people face today when it comes to evaluating their information and how to strategically position themselves in a day and age of over-communication: over-thinking everything.
I can certainly relate to this problem as I was once a Vice Principal following so many so-called gurus and experts which only made me more confused. This ultimately led me into over-thinking everything. To top that off, even though I spent tens of thousands of dollars in hiring business coaches, no one showed me how to create and sell high priced program quickly.
That is why I am dedicating this blog to help you specifically stop over-thinking and the ugly chain of events that follows this disease.
Over-thinking leads to indecision. Indecision leads to hesitation. Hesitation leads to procrastination.
What is procrastination really? It is simply delaying your dream until tomorrow. Just about everyone that I meet today expresses a subconscious pattern of delaying based on the paradigm of ‘tomorrow thinking’. This leads to never actualizing the specific skills to easily create and sell high priced coaching and other high priced programs.
I want you to stop over-thinking. Right now. Not tomorrow!
In fact, as I get ready to head to Orlando to speak, the problem of over-thinking brings me to the two reasons for the existence of this blog.
1. I want you to know that everyday I meet entrepreneurs, speakers, coaches and authors who are NOT successful because they lack confidence and lack a system that will work for them 24/7.
(NOTE: Building leads is easy, but it is only one piece of the puzzle. Building the right leads that want to invest in your highest end programs and services 24/7 is totally different. And this is what I will be helping you with on this blog so that you can do the same.
2. As I travel and meet with people I have found that the most capable people have the biggest doubts about their information—my goal is to show you that your information is valuable and that you should be well paid.
BUSINESS COACHING TRAINING CASE STUDY: Karyn Clarke, from Sydney, Australia
Karyn was so like many of our clients—a great trainer, but she had no way to strategically position her business. Here is what she has to say about using the s’ell high priced program mentoring’:
G’day from Sydney,
Glenn, I’m so excited about what happened in my company last month!
Before I tell you what’s making me so excited, I must explain that here in Australia, January is traditionally a very quiet month for business, as it is smack in the middle of our long Summer holidays, plus people are often recovering form excessive spending over the December Holiday season and tend to tighten their purse strings.
So, within that context, I am absolutely thrilled to report that January 2009 was my best business income month ever, with a 400% increase in new clients above my best month in 2008!
I attribute that dramatic gain to the knowledge, skills, strategies and systems that I have gained since working with you Glenn, and your team at http://www.SellHighPricedPrograms.com.
Before beginning your programs I was getting great feedback from my clients–you’ve taught me how to leverage that feedback into referrals.
Before beginning your programs I had very low levels of confidence in my ability to sell the programs my company offers–you’ve taught me how to use consultative selling to gain new clients, and to date my face to face consultation to client conversion rate is 100%!
Before beginning your programs I had quality professional performance programs to offer the world, but lacked a SYSTEM to showcase my programs and their benefits–you’ve taught me how to structure a system for success, and how to apply your QSE process to establish my company as the standard to which others in my market aspire…
It’s been an exciting and scary ride, and I look forward to taking my learning and my business to the next level as the year progresses.
Many thanks to you Glenn and to your team …
To Your Continued Peak Performance,
Karyn Clarke, Sydney, Australia

Hello Glenn,
I have read your Sell High Priced Programs about three times. There’s one piece of strategy I don’t get at all.
You recommend not taking on individual coaching, but rather, offer group programs. (Otherwise I am quickly limited.) How do I offer a group program to my first single client, without it being just individual coaching? The related question is how do I start a forum, an important piece of my program, with one client and no history?
If it applies, tell me how I am over-thinking.
Thanks,
Neill

I can’t say enough about Glenn’s coaching program. It is practical and action oriented. Glenn has a great team, tools, systems, materials, programs, and the results to back up everything he asks you to do. I have been coached by Glenn. He is focused and action oriented, and this translates to the work he does with his clients. The result is, my vision has become my reality. My sales cycle is cut by 50%, my time is 40% more productive, I am completely focused, my team is enthusiastic with the growth of our company, I am attracting the right jv’s for the ultimate win-win relationship, and I know 2009 is going to be a banner year. Just a bit of Glenn goes a long way towards success. Laurie Kirk http://www.theboardforum.com

Hi Glenn,
Procrastination has been an enemy of mine for many years, but I think I finally have it on the run.
I enjoyed your call with Alex Jeffreys on Tuesday, it was very enlightening to hear about your service and I expect I will become a client of yours in the future, as you are just what I need.
I also downloaded your eBook, “How to effectively sell high priced programs” and I’m going through it gradually during this week and plane to read it again next week.
Thanks for already removing the wall that was standing between me … and doing what I planed to do months ago.
Regards,
Eoin

Thanks Glenn for your blog. It is timely in my life. I measure customer service for businesses and I want to offer my expert training but have been procrastinating and over thinking of how to sell it and price it.

Hi Neill:
If you have one client–congratulations! Group mentoring is for your lowest end programs, but group mentoring should always be peformed in the context of case studies. This provides a solid foundation from which to work.
No history–ah, now there’s the rub!
You need to think strategically and I will be talking about how to do this.
Let me entise you with this: you need to take your training glasses off and put your sales and marketing glasses on.
However, in saying this–remember your target market wants your system of solving a specific problem in the market place. Can you see where I will be going with this comment?
(By the way, Benjamin Franklin missed this tremendously.)
