It’s All About Rapid Implementation.
One of the biggest things that separates me from other coaches is that I push my clients to implement fast, and regularly. I don’t care how you feel, I don’t really care if you’ve had a bad day- because, at the end of the day, your ticket to freedom in your business is how well you market and sell your high priced programs.
I’m all about getting marketing into the marketplace- even if it’s not perfect. Each of you should focus on rapid implementation and fast execution- don’t take five hours to get one video uploaded. Make 10 videos in these five hours and then upload them all.
You must constantly be testing new marketing strategies and implementing them in your business quickly. If you don’t, your competitors will, and, as I always say, there is no value in greater sameness.
Becoming a fast executor means that you need to let go of your fears, push past your overwhelm, and overcome your perfectionism. You don’t have to get it perfect, you just have to get it out there. The marketplace will give you feedback and you can adjust accordingly.
There are two reasons businesses fail. The first is that they don’t market regularly and consistently. The second is that they don’t charge enough. Marketing without profitability doesn’t create a strong and thriving business.
When you look at your schedule for this week, do you have a plan for massive, rapid execution of your marketing? If not, you need to think seriously about the health of your business in the long term. Businesses which don’t market today won’t be in business tomorrow.
