Most people who struggle with procrastination (we all do to varying degrees!) do so for a reason that you might not guess.
According to research by Professor Piers Steel of the University of Calgary, Alberta putting off until tomorrow what we can do today is getting a lot worst.
According to Professor Steel’s research procrastinators are NOT perfectionists! Rather, these people struggle with impulsivity and have tremendous difficulties in making choices.
Most people who tend to hem and haw are less happy, less wealthy, easily tempted and likely hate their work.
I want to help you in 2012 achieve massive business coaching breakthroughs.
It all begins by pledging to develop a ‘new you’. And the first step in developing a ‘new you’ is to learn how to make decisions that posture you in the power position for success where you are not a continued victim of impulsivity and poor decision making.
One of my ‘Speed-to-Market’ business coaching principles is that the ‘0’ that you add to your networth requires a ‘new you’. You must be willing to challenge your assumptions about success. You must be willing to take accelerated, focused, outcome-driven action.
And herein lies the challenge: this requires you to be able to make faster decisions.
Napoleon Hill stated one of the chief attributes of highly successful people is that they are able to make ‘fast decisions’.
