When I was speaking with my executive mentoring clients last week, one of them asked me a very good question. “Glenn,” she inquired, “How can I make more sales fast?”
While there are several ways to increase your sales, the simplest formula comes down to this:

You will want to write that down and post it prominently in your office. Communicate this to all of your team members. Every client you work with must feel your credibility, completely understand the amazing benefits, and believe in the amazing difference.
This formula is a foolproof method for positioning yourself in a crowded marketplace. This formula will allow you to create the proper focus and context for your business, so that you create a new category, in which you reign supreme.
You don’t need to worry about competition, because you will have addressed what makes your company better to work with, faster to provide results, easier to reach– all of these questions will be clarified in your benefits.
Building credibility has an accumulative effect- the more you build, the more you have.
When you can articulate the difference between you and the others working in your space, you will create a notable difference; and this notable difference will keep you in the front of your target audience’s mind.
So run your sales process through this formula:
