What do I mean by this?

For the purpose of today’s make real money online blog post, I want to focus on getting your message in front of millions of people FAST…or what I refer to my clients as ‘Speed To Market’.

There’s a lot of ways to get your message out. First you must clearly know your message, and you must understand how to structure your message into advice for top dollar. Once you understand how to do this, there’s no better way to get your message out than by publishing your own content (The New Stealth Guru Model presents a completely new way of doing this fast!).

By ‘publishing your content’ I mean understanding how to structure your message strategically inside of an inverted business funnel so that you accelerate cash flow by NEVER having to compete where your competition does—in the area of price.

There are all kinds of way to publish your content online; however, what I would like to share with you is one of the best ways that I used the Internet for when I was a Vice Principal of an elementary school. When I first started publishing content I decided to create my own publishing empire using the power of eBooks, which were a very new technology 9 years ago. As an educator I was specializing in writing curriculum and running workshops for Principals with my school board.

When I first decided to venture into the world of entrepreneurship, I created a publishing company focused, at that time, helping educators globally author and publish their expertise as an eBook so they could make real money online.

One of the keys to the success of this program (which has now transformed into Entrepreneurial Authoring and includes instant access to a New York Publisher) was its focus on how to organize your thinking strategically to get prospective clients to instantly view you as the #1 expert among all experts in your industry.

When it comes to leveraged attention in terms of building massive ‘followership’, nothing has been more powerful for me than getting published through the medium of television.

But the power of having your advice published through the medium of television allows you to leverage attention, especially when the show can be re-purposed through many Social Media sites like YouTube.

Seven years right now—the year was 2004—I was an elementary school Vice Principal. I was nothing special that’s for sure. I had come to the realization that I was living everyone else’s dream for my life, but my own dream! Everyone had me slated as the youngest director of education as I was about to embark on my fifth degree—my PhD. I truly was Robert Kiyosaki’s (author of Rich Dad/Poor Dad Series) poor dad! Fiona and I and our young family were flat broke, and I honestly thought adding another degree was going to lift me from our financially destitute situation.

That’s when a few incredible events happened to me that compelled me to launch a publishing company.

Within 3 months, here’s what happened….it’s the headline for the new licensing program of our programs that I am creating.

My First Year Online I Was Recognized By Adobe, Appeared On TV’s Top “How To Show”, Set Two Make Real Money Online Records, Sold My First $50,000 Coaching Program, Left My Job As A Vice Principal, Stayed Underground Coaching Some Of Today’s Most Successful Online Businesses, Created The First Partnership With A New York Publisher…

I like to think in headlines…and so should you. It helps you structure your advice from the stand point of focusing on what I teach my clients, always think from ‘what are you proving?’

And from the headline that I mentioned above, one of the cool things that happened within 3 months of my business beginning to accelerate, was that I was asked to appear on the most watched ‘how to’ T.V. show at that time, Call For Help with Leo LaPorte.

The show had just moved from LA to Toronto which worked well for me living a lot closer to the latter city. Under new ownership I was asked to appear on one of it’s original airings. (It’s now owned by Comcast).

What did I do to get on this show?

I researched the top syndicated columnists who were writing on new trends in the publishing world.

I followed the ‘two sales rule’ with the first sale always being to book an appointment.

After doing my research I contacted who I considered was the top columnist in the industry at the time, and placed a phone call to him. (I also emailed him, but he returned my call and not my email!)

When I nailed the appointment I told the columnist that I wasn’t trying to sell him anything. All I wanted was to be a resource for him, and mentioned that I had been recently recognized by Adobe Inc. I asked if I could send him timely information in the area of eBook authoring and technology, and if he ever had any deadlines and needed assistance, I could provide him research to help with his assignment. I provided him both my business and cell phone numbers where he could reach me at.

Within two weeks he called me out of the blue and asked me to appear on the television show that I mentioned above. The rest is history as they say. I got on the show, got before several million people and for the next year I was a local hero in a small town! ? (My only disappointment as I look back on this is that this was before Web 2.o so I couldn’t leverage it like I could today!)

Here are three make real money online principles.

First of all you need a system that will ensure yourself ‘newer and faster’ conversations so you create the ability to make real money online.

Secondly, it’s much easier to leverage Milgram’s Law when it comes to building expertise and leveraged attention. Milgram’s Law states, ‘the market place will blindly believe the words of an expert’.

With so many experts ‘out there’, it’s much easier if you can get your message out in a platform that allows you to leverage Milgram’s Law! When was the last time you questioned someone who appeared on television who appeared as an expert. You didn’t!

Thirdly, and most importantly, if you want to make real money online you must be a person of value–massive value! In other words, you need to know how to be a better content deliverer than what your competitors are doing.
