Thanks for taking the time to write the ebook “New Guru Model”. I have read it in one sitting. But even after reading it, I still don’t understand.
I believe it is best if you give examples on this new guru model (e.g. the actual the front end product of your student and the pricing then go to the backend products with the continuity, and its pricing).

Hi Glenn, Firstly, let me thank you for your generosity, I believe that you are wanting to teach others to be wealthy even if you dont profit from them. I have been reading your emails for quite a while and I am finally getting it. having just read yr stealth report I am v impressed and convinced this is the way to go. ( easily swayed perhaps- this stuff really works)
Im just stumped over ‘permutations and combinations’ on front end. I guess this looks impossible for someone at my level to comprehend, well, it does for me. I would like to buy your product but starting from a position of debt have no idea how to start. I work best with less words and straight to the point otherwise I put the emails aside and never get to them.
I would love to hear back.

I just turned 55, and have been a marvelously effective underachiever most of my life. I have spent the lion’s share of my money on cheap paperbacks designed to improve the character of the reader in some way. Over five years I must have invested a small fortune in various programs designed to help me rapidly increase my wealth, none of which, I may add, have I effectively applied and profited from. Robin, a fundamental rule to success is that you ‘must be close to the source of momentum’ Working with our systems at a distance although will help you greatly, will NOT help you in Speed To Market fashion.
Playing it safe leads to failure.
Playing at a distance leads to failing to execute fast enough.
Playing by yourself leads to know seeing where the real opportunities lie for you.
You are like most people: You don’t need more information, but help with execution. That means knowing what to do, when to do it and how to do it.

Hi, Glenn! Just attended your fantastic talk at the Big Ticket Masters Telesummit. I’ve listened to it 2x now (still 1x to go!). Wow. Loved your Free Report too – I am really interested to discover how to create powerful assessments for my market, and how to incorporate feedback loops – it looks like your Expert Positioner Software is the place to go for that? It was great that your content formalized some concepts I’d been groping towards in my own mind in a rather underconfident, random way, with tons more that I hadn’t even imagined. I am a bit stuck regarding your point that “… your business differentiation is ultimately grounded in the ability to match your value in the market place to your target market’s negative perception of what your competitors fail to do”. I’m about to start something new, at the intersection of boomers and travel and health and self-development, and I worry because I don’t have the competitor part of the above equation to work with. I am hopeful however because of your comments in the talk about thought leaders needing to be able to prognosticate, (as I feel I’m going where boomers are headed) as well as the focus on translating self-awareness into great marketing/educational questions. interesting concept, but I agree with Dimitri and Sharon: I still do not understand it well. In my case, I simply struggled through jargon, like, “Control your target markets’ perceptions using the psychological principles of ambiguity in your marketing and product creation.”
What on earth does that mean?
And for a person who wants to create coaching products and services, but does not know much about front end products, incorrect positioning, owning a niched category, standardized educational system controls – ugh, no offence, but it reads like a corporate annual report!
You say that the question, “How do you get your target market to dynamically interact inside of your front end information product to ensure that while they are being educated, they are being marketed to?” is one of the important questions I should ask. I had to read it twice to understand what it says. And Glenn, maybe you felt it, too, because you follow with two other versions of this question – why would you try to explain what it means if it was clear in the first place?
I liked your concept enough to read the report again, and make some notes; a couple of points you make are powerful, and yes, they can make or brake your coaching business.

Thanks for your comments! If you are serious about building an information business you must have systems of acceleration. You must also have a way of making your education and sales and marketing one and the same thing. People don’t respond to blatant sales’ pitches anymore.
Most coaches make no money because they simply don’t know how to stand out in the market place.
If I repeat something it probably means that it is extremely important.
Read over the material and make sure you watch the multi-media training.
Our training has deluged our business acceleration programs where we have a queue for most of our programs.
And of course do what hundreds of others do including our clients…call our Int’l Office and we can help you!
fyi…most of my clients have become very good friends…my wife is simply amazed that people would like me!

Howdy Glenn, Read your book, “How to start a Business from home fast”. Odd how I was ready to understand what you are writing! A few years ago, I would NOT have any idea what you are talking about.
Now that I have “Hit the wall” a bunch of times, I know what you write about. I have been trying to put the Pieces of my new system together and do not quit know how to do that.
If you REALLY want to “Help the little guy”… here I am! I know I have a fantastic system, and very REAL and helpful ideas gained from my life and past experiences, that ARE very valuable to others “growing into wisdom”. It seems like my life and time are going by before I can effectively market what would help millions save time, life energy and add happiness to their lives.
In short, can you help me get my system started? (NOW?) I do NOT have a “million $” to hire others, and am trying to get my books and systems up myself due to financial issues.
Let me know if you would like another real success story from a “unknown” little guy with a big heart!

fyi…We probably offer more free content than anyone I know who does business coaching. Enjoy the resources and make sure you also invest in good coaching. Even when I didn’t have any money I always invested in coaching–it has always beeen intuitively obvious to me that I need to be with mentors who are ‘ahead of me’. That’s why I hire a personal trainer as an example!

I remember when I first hear about you, I watched a video that had information about about an interactive questionnaire or quiz or survey??? I can’t find that now. Is it still available? Also the report said if I went to this blog I could get a copy of an ebook: Become the #1 Expert in Your Niche: How to Effectively Sell High Priced Programs…but I could not find how to get this ebook. Is it still available? I just listened to an 90+ minute interview of you and for the first time I understood some of what you are presenting, and I love it. I have to admit Glenn, this comes at an amazing time to everything else.
I have to say your New Stealth Guru Model really appeals to me, especially as a “behind the scenes” person working the net for 15+ years quietly in the background.
I appreciate that you lay it out in a few steps, repeating key points well.
I Like Directness.
I always consider education an Investment in self, whether it is time to watch and learn or read or actually buy into or in with a program.
I must say I like the idea of a software that can set up these processes in so many ways. Having made a firm step to reach forward this year, I feel I was “attracted” to this and you at a key and opportune time, and I wonder if this can become win-win-win+ here for all concerned. I have turned many of these ideas around in my head already wondering “now what would it take to make this process seamless and pretty much foolproof”
