As you may know, I visited Disneyland with my family a few weeks ago. It was a great vacation. We spent the day roaming around the park, riding the rides, eating good food, and attending concerts and live shows.
One of the concerts we saw was Aerosmith. My kids were thrilled. While at the concert, I noticed an interesting phenomena, one that is important for all of is in business today.
That phenomena was this: I noticed that the people in the first 10 rows of the concert were ecstatic. They were jumping up and down, dancing, singing, waving their arms. As I examined the rows of people behind them, I found that, generally, the concert goers were more restrained, less active, and seemed less enthusiastic.
