Self Reflect for Your Client’s Benefit

You’ve heard me say that self reflection is the source of your intellectual property. Intellectual property is sourced from your personal pain.

In order to dig deeply into your personal pain, you must be comfortable self reflecting.

Self reflection means that you take time to think through your experiences, and figure out how you solved or resolved your problems. You need to understand your own steps and process, what you did, and how you did it, in order to create a process or method that your clients can follow too.

Business Systems Make It Easier

Wondering why your business isn’t growing faster? (And no, it’s not the economy). More likely, it means you aren’t marketing aggressively enough. This is a problem for entrepreneurs, as we often jump from idea to idea, and sometimes lose track of the basics. Just like you, I can sometimes get lost in new ideas or new strategies, and not always implement what I know I need to do. Since I know this about myself, one way I get around it is by making sure I have well defined business systems and processes.

How to Be a More Successful Marketer

In one of the recent executive mentoring calls I held (these are calls for those enrolled in our high level mentoring and coaching program), we were focused on the topic of creating business systems and processes to help streamline the sales and marketing functions of your business.

The one thing that separates successful business operations from unsuccessful ones is the level of systematization that is in place. Highly successful businesses create systems and processes for all key business functions, and these systems and processes run each day and week, like clockwork.
