When trying to build rapid business brand credibility, it’s important that you consider the 3 C’s of business brand credibility: customer perception, business competence, and consistency. We’ll discuss each of these in a bit more detail.
Customer perception is created most efficiently when you help your clients get results. When you make your big promise, you need to at least meet (but hopefully exceed) their expectations, so they feel that their investment with you was very little compared to the value they experienced. This is especially crucial when working with a new client; you need to make a strong initial impression in order to have them continue to invest with you.
