Take Advantage of All Your Opportunities
Part of benefiting from multiple conversations for cashflow is being able to take advantage of multiple opportunities in your business.
The challenge for most business owners is that they actively seek out business, but then things start to fall through the cracks. It’s a given that when you are trying to grow your business, you need, more than ever, to create business processes and systems to keep everything running smoothly.
Most of us are fast-paced and setting up systems and processes is mundane and boring. I understand that. And I want you to create these systems anyway.
You need to create regular processes for sales, marketing, follow up, and client service. You might need to hire people to help you with some of these tasks. The idea is that you need to free yourself up, as soon as possible, to do what you’re very best at (marketing and selling your system), and making sure that you can fulfill the promises made by your marketing.
It’s never enough to just bring people into your business, you must focus on delivering exceptional value so you can maintain an ongoing relationship with them. Remember, we want to focus on reselling and upselling existing clients because this is much easier to do than selling to a person who has never purchased from you before.
Your profitability will be the highest when you have a regular system for bringing in new clients, a regular system for delivering services, and a regular system for reselling your clients. Which of these do you have in place?
