I am reading Dan Kennedy's new book, "No B.S. Marketing to the Affluent." And on page 10 he talks about how 270 of the 400 ultra-rich people in the world [with a net worth of at least $1 billion] made their fortunes from scratch, and another 56 made a large portion of their own money even though they inherited some wealth. Then on page 17 he goes on to talk about their mind set - and if you set out to sell them something, the story of your background and how you made yourself the expert, carries more weight and influence than anything else.

I think this correlates very well with this article on what is your million dollar story. Coming from no where to immense success by telling your story can be the greatest story ever told. Don't you think so?
