You Control Markets Through Education
If you want to learn how to control your market, this blog post is for you. While much has been written about the concept of market domination and market dominance, the system I’m about to share with you is powerful, and one you should apply to your business.
The way you control your market is through education.
This is why you must focus on creating a business which emphasizes value creation as wealth.
If you analyze the numbers, cash flow is not about the size of your list, the price tag of your service- but, instead, is a function of how many well educated buyers invest with you over and over.
When you focus on educating your market, you are creating a unique marketspace- one where others can’t compete. This works for two reasons. First, people respond to, and respect, value. They want to be taught or shown how to do things in a way that will help them. So they are more likely to listen to you and pay attention to what you’re saying when you focus on educating them.
The second reason education works is that it positions you as an authority. The assumption is that if you know enough about a topic to teach on it, you must be an expert. When you tie your educational process to real world, measurable, and desirable results, such as, “Using these methods, clients saved X amount of time and made Y more money.”, your target market will sit up and take notice.
In order to benefit fully from Zipf’s law, you can’t tell, you have to teach.
