You Probably Know What To Do, But That’s Not Your Problem!
Entrepreneurs are the same where ever I speak in the world. They all struggle with one important element.
One of the main problems that they have—and I am sure that you are struggling with this too—is the problem of NOT not knowing what to do…, but of how to execute in a ‘Speed To Market’ fashion.
Failure to understand how to execute in what Buckminster Fuller termed ‘accelerated acceleration’ will result today in slimy marketers ripping you off. The other reality is the real possibility of an ethical business person taking your ideas, thoughts and stories and masking them for oneself as she/he buys out an existing company and beats you in the market place.
Business Coaching
Knowing what to do…when to do it… and in the right order.
I salute you to get close to the source of momentum. Not only will you see with acute clarity, but you will NOT waste time doing the right things at the wrong time.
What is the cost of not knowing how to execute properly in an age when you must be able to strategically position yourself and accelerate everything you do?
Answer: The hopes and dreams of building a kind of company that is outrageously profitable and one that you can sell in the next 2 to 4 years.
Remember, “You only see what you know.” Trying to build a business on your own today ensures that you will make fundamental mistakes in execution. Don’t let this happen to you.
The one thing you must do is get close to the source of momentum so that you can execute faster than anyone else who attempts to compete with you. Whatever you do, make sure you get a coach or mentor who can help you with implementation.

Glenn, I always enjoy your blog writings but on this occasion, need to point out a gross error in your video description.
Melbourne, Australia is located on the Yarra River, does not have a harbour but geographically, is in close proximity to Port Phillip Bay. It is the Bay which provides the background for your video.
It is misleading and an error to confuse a Bay (eg Melbourne) with a Harbour (eg Sydney).

Mike…thanks for informing me! I have to admit I didn’t do well in geography.
The important lesson here: you must know how to fail forward at ‘Speed to Market’ speed.
This is what made Thomas Edison so great–he probably failed more than anyone else. So I join GREAT company!
