On the business coaching video below I want to share with you one of the most secluded places in the world.
The video is shot in a remote area of Manitoba, Canada about 6 hours North West of Winnipeg where there are no paved roads.
Recently I journeyed to this destination to make a few very important points.

Your greatness is found in moments of total resolve when the situation often looks bleakest!
What I have found in working with hundreds of clients over the past 8 years is that your greatness requires you to first accept ownership for every negative situation that you have gone through.
This includes owning the situation that you are in right now…no matter how bad.
‘Ownership‘ is the most powerful entrepreneurial words that you can possibly realize.
The problem is that most people really don’t own anything. This is because most major purchases are done with financing that places the purchaser in a debt position with banks, credit card companies, private lenders et cetera.
And as many experts are now stating, most people will NEVER own anything in their lives. Shocking!
And what’s worst, most if not all of these purchases are in liabilities that are stripping hard working people of any hope of getting out from under.
However, what the experts don’t recognize is that there are assets that you do own, but few people realize this.
In fact these assets are actually incredibly valuable but do NOT show up on normal balance sheets.
They are the assets that come from your life experiences.
As I point out to my clients, your genius comes from two types of experiential assets: 1. from your areas of passion and talents; 2. and more importantly in most cases, from areas that have caused you great times of pain.
Painful moments cause us to evaluate your lives more than positive experiences.
Self reflect on the following right now where ever you are and remember this ‘Speed-to-Market’ business coaching principle: “He/she who self reflects the greatest controls market places today.”
1. Own your experiences: the good and the bad.
2. Become an expert at reading the white spaces of your life. You will need a system to help you process and structure your experiences into a system to help others.
3. Your IP (Intellectual Property) comes by understanding that the pain you have gone through can be used as a ‘tour-de-force’ for good in the market place today.
4. You own your own version of the painful experiences including your specific recommendations for helping others deal with similar situations.
5. Identify your pain and the advice you would recommend to others going through what you have or are currently experiencing. (Remember, human nature is a constant. Others are—or will be—going through versions of your experiences as well.)
6. Create a series of recommendations and understand that wealth is vested in your advice.
7. Structure your advice into a formalized system with material to give away for free and a value proposition that causes your prospective clients to want to invest in you.
One of the keys to profitability with your advice is to know how to structure it properly.
